PROJECT SMILE
The experience of our soap-making training workshop was great and the beneficiaries had enjoyed it thoroughly. They had particularly praised our explanation of the soap-making steps which were clear and easily understandable. The experience was so positive that Project SMILE is planning to start selling handmade soaps themselves, using the information and skills they learned from us.
Our initiative formed the groundwork for a new business pathway- helping both Project SMILE as an organisation, and the women from Project SMILE, to receive more funds.
WORKSHOP PARTICIPANT FEEDBACK
One of our participants, Dzakariah, mentioned that the welcoming atmosphere at the workshops helped to ease her into the activity. However, she did point out that there was not a large variety of scents available, which we will increase in future runs to cater to more preferences.
SOAP FEEDBACK
Buyers are generally content with the quality, scent and aesthetics of our soaps. Moreover, they felt that the online buying process of our soaps was efficient and hassle-free.
